On behalf of our client, we are looking for Chief Financial Officer to join their company. Job Summary: The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be dynamicand results -driven, able to lead the financial operations of the company inSaudi Arabia. As they expand our presence in the Kingdom and align with Vision2030, the CFO will play a key role in shaping the financial strategy andensuring sustainable growth. This is a critical leadership position requiring astrategic thinker with deep experience in financial management, compliance withlocal regulations, and strong leadership capabilities. Job Responsibilities: Financial Leadership & Strategy:Leadthe development of long -term financial strategies that align with the company'sgrowth goals and Vision 2030.Provide insightful recommendations tothe CEO and board of directors on both operational and financial matters.Budgeting & Forecasting:Oversee the preparation of detailedbudgets and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company objectives.Regularly assess performance againstthe budget and adjust strategies to optimize financial outcomes.Financial Reporting & Compliance:Ensure timely, accurate, andtransparent financial reporting in line with International Financial ReportingStandards (IFRS) and Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants(SOCPA) regulations.Maintain full compliance with Zakat,VAT, and other local tax obligations.Risk Management & Internal Controls:Develop and implement effective riskmanagement policies and internal controls to safeguard company assets.Monitor financial risks and ensure thecompany is compliant with all regulatory and legal requirements, includingSaudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA) and Capital Market Authority (CMA)regulations.Capital & Investment Management:Lead capital -raising efforts, managecash flow, and develop strategies for mergers, acquisitions, and jointventures.Ensure optimal capital structure andfinancing strategies to support growth and expansion in Saudi Arabia and thebroader GCC region.Stakeholder Engagement:Build and maintain strongrelationships with key stakeholders, including financial institutions,government agencies, and investors.Represent the company in discussionswith regulatory bodies and drive initiatives to secure government incentives inalignment with Vision 2030.Team Leadership & Development:Build and manage a high -performingfinance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and development.Ensurecompliance with Saudization requirements and promote the growth of local talentwithin the organization RequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance,Accounting, Economics, or related field;Master's degree or MBA preferredProfessional certifications such as CPA, CFA, SOCPA, or ACCA are highly valuedMinimum 5+ years of experience insenior financial roles, with at least 5 years in a CFO or equivalent capacity,ideally in the manufacturing or FMCG sectors Extensive experience in SaudiArabia or the GCC, with deep knowledge of local financial regulations, includingZakat, VAT, and tax laws Proven track record in managing large -scale financialoperations, including budgeting, forecasting, and capital managementExperience with financialrestructuring, capital raising, and partnering with local and internationalfinancial institutions Strong leadership and team -building skills, withexperience in managing diverse and high -performing teamsFluencyin English is essential; knowledge of Arabic is a significant advantage
