Position SummarySeeking a qualified Electrical Inspector in Riyadh to conduct inspections and ensure electrical compliance across commercial and residential developments.
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct electrical inspections of buildings and infrastructure within KAFD
Ensure compliance with Saudi Electrical Code (SEC), IEC standards, and KAFD requirements
Review electrical plans and installation drawings
Perform commissioning inspections of electrical systems
Prepare inspection reports and maintain compliance documentation
Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and regulatory authorities

**Qualifications**: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
Valid electrical inspector certification
Professional engineering license preferred
5+ years electrical inspection experience
Commercial real estate or large-scale development background preferred
Familiarity with high-rise and complex electrical systems
Proficiency with electrical testing equipment
Knowledge of AutoCAD and electrical design software
Fluency in English; Arabic preferred
Strong communication and report writing abilities
