Perform a variety of complex duties to serve customers/prospects by providing excellent customer service with the highest degree of accuracy and professionalism, while fully exploring customer needs and providing appropriate products and services. Responsible for scheduling, annual performance reviews and disciplinary actions for staff.

Sales:

- Ensure that the Branch's monthly revenue targets in all business segments for all countries are met through direct control of the Counseling staff.
- Have a thorough and comprehensive understanding of all products and services and sufficient understanding of all services provided by company.
- Training of new joiner on every product.
- Ensure the Branch's monthly target of revenue generation is met through Referral Generation with the efforts of counseling staff.
- Under the direction of the Branch Manager, supervises assigned Branch personnel such as sales team, tele callers, receptionist. Provide support, overrides, guidance to staff on customer issues. Coach staff members to meet position expectations and sales goals. Responsible for scheduling, verbal and written warnings and annual reviews.
- Responsible for personally attending to all prospects/QAs that walk-in because of the efforts of the field sales team.
- Ensure all QAs generated through E-marketing are contacted by the Counseling Staff. for conducting seminars for all the E-marketing QA s at least once a month or as planned by the Branch Head and submit reports to management.

Pay: ﷼8,000.00 - ﷼10,000.00 per month
