**Responsibilities**:

- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures a strong market presence.
- Managing recruitment, objective setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
- Acquisition of new clients to support business expansion.
- Lead conversion from numerous marketing channels.
- Creating short
- and long-term sales plans with the intention of achieving defined objectives.
- Consistently meeting revenue goals in accordance with team and organizational targets.
- Actively seeking opportunities to upsell and cross-sell to existing customers.
- Obtaining referrals from current clientele to broaden the sales pipeline.
- Managing customer relationships to foster loyalty and retention.
- Recognizing customer needs and providing insights for improving the product portfolio based on interactions and feedback.
- Management of key accounts to maintain and grow strategic relationships.
- Development of new accounts.
- Handling reporting and operational tasks to support data-driven decision-making and streamline sales activities.

- to post-sales support activities for designated products and regions, ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years in a similar role within an IT organization, with a total of 5+ years of experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Account Manager and in Middle East market.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (IT background preferred).

**Required Qualities**:

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets (monthly, quarterly, and annually).
- Skilled in optimizing customer acquisition cost, improving lead conversion, and shortening sales cycles.
- Experience increasing average deal size and monitoring sales team performance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ﷼7,000.00 - ﷼9,000.00 per month
