**Position Summary/Objective**:
- The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for nurturing and growing existing client accounts. They will ensure that clients receive excellent service, meet their needs, and maintain long-term relationships with the company.
**Duties/Performance Responsibilities/Essential Functions**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and providing support.
- Understand client needs and develop customized solutions to meet their business goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate resources and deliver exceptional service to clients.

**Requirements**:
**Education and Training**
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
**Experience**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or related roles.
**Skills and Attributes**
- Proven track record in managing client accounts and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Good understanding of business principles and market dynamics.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
- Self-motivated and driven by targets.
