**Job Summary**: The Operations and Maintenance Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance activities of our facilities to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This role is responsible for managing a team of maintenance personnel, coordinating with external vendors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and implementing best practices in facility management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operations Management**:

- Oversee the daily operations of facilities, ensuring all systems and equipment are functioning optimally.
- Develop and implement operational procedures and policies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor and manage facility budgets, including procurement of materials, equipment, and services.
- **Maintenance Management**:

- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for all facilities.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams and vendors to resolve facility issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Supervise and mentor a team of maintenance staff and facility personnel.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide training, and address any personnel issues.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- **Vendor and Contract Management**:

- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
- Review and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality of services.
- Monitor vendor performance and address any service issues.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure all facility operations adhere to local, state, and federal regulations.
- Implement and maintain health and safety protocols.
- Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and facility conditions.
- Prepare and present reports on operational performance, maintenance activities, and budget status.
- **Project Management**:

- Manage facility improvement and renovation projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project objectives are met.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience (5+ years) in facility management or maintenance, with a track record of successful operations management.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and negotiate contracts.
- Proficiency in facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Facility Manager (CFM), Facility Management Professional (FMP)) are a plus.

Pay: ﷼20,000.00 - ﷼25,000.00 per month
