The Country Manager in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will be responsible for a comprehensive management of company affiliate within the country. The role encompasses strategic planning, operational oversight, financial management, and ensuring adherence to company policies and quality standards, all aimed at establishing and growing our products in KSA and sustaining and enhancing the business's viability and profitability.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the efficient functioning of the affiliate within the country territories, overseeing all aspects of its operations.
- Develop and endorse medium
- and long-term management and business plans, factoring in prevailing market dynamics.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competition practices within the country.
- Formulate and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate new markets, increase nationwide market share, and maximize revenue.
- Drive the preparation of the affiliate's annual budget, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Establish annual targets for the affiliate and formulate actionable plans to achieve them.
- Authorize special promotions for slow-moving products across the country through all available resources.
- Liaise with Qatar office to negotiate price support and promotional offers.
- Identify and capitalize on additional business opportunities within similar sectors.
- Oversee the team in-country, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Exercise full control over stocks and company assets, implementing measures to safeguard and track them effectively through secured system.
- Regularly report on stock and asset status, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and risk mitigation.
- Ensure compliance with import regulations, customs requirements, and documentation processes. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth order fulfilment and shipment.
- Ensure timely payment receiving from the affiliate customers and accurate payment processing to the affiliate suppliers. Coordinate with finance and accounting teams to resolve any discrepancies or cash flow issues promptly.
- Provide hands-on supervision of daily activities across operations and supporting teams.
- Initiate affiliate purchase orders and capital expenditures.
- Evaluate and recommend affiliate’s contracts, forms and proposals.
- Implement and uphold the quality management system and other relevant international standards.
- Spearhead the implementation of an ERP system, coordinating closely with internal teams to ensure its successful integration and utilization.
- Furnish the Sales Director with comprehensive reports on the affiliate’s operational performance. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive analysis. Present findings to senior management and provide recommendations for strategic decision-making.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or related field. MBA is preferred.

Minimum 7-8 years of experience in sales management inside KSA, preferably in the lubricant sales or related industry.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in KSA market.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Sound knowledge of KSA regulations, procedures, and internal trade practices.

Analytical mindset with proficiency in market research, sales forecasting, and data analysis.

Ability to travel to Qatar as required.

Fluent in both Arabic and English.

The Country Manager - KSA will be reporting directly to the Sales Director, and will be placed in the Dammam Office.
