**Job tite**: Country Sales Trainer.
**Reporting to**: Retail Director.
**Location**: Riyadh, KSA.
**Main Purpose**
The Sales Trainer is responsible for the implementation of the training plan all year round according to training calendar and directive from HQ and Regional Office.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Regular training for the Maison employees (Boutiques, Wholesalers, Office staff).
- Product, Selling Techniques & Coacing TRainings in classroom, shopfloor, and virtually.
- Responsible for teams self-learning through management of Learning App MeApp
- Support in maintenance of MeApp- translations, onnoarding and off-boarding.
- Induction and Maison history Training for newcomers to the boutiques and office.
- Subject of the training: Product knowlwdge, Sales techniques, Displays and Presentations, CRM, Coaching, Ambassadors, and Digital.
- Setting the training plan and follow up the objectives.
- Budget managemnet of the training activities annually.
