**We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to support the school with collecting, recording and analysing large data sets to help teachers and leaders make informed decisions. As a forward thinking team in a growing multi-site organisation, the post holder will have a key role in identifying new data processes and procedures to improve the Data team’s service delivery.**

- **Be enthusiastic, highly motivated and with a strong track record of working within a similar type of role.**
- **Show evidence of related experience within a large establishment. Prior experience of working within a school environment will be a clear advantage.**
- **Be proactive in their approach to dealing with interactions with external and internal enquires in line with the school’s expected high standards;**
- **Hold a relevant procurement qualification.**
- **Go the extra mile, including working outside of standard school hours, ensuring service level delivery is met;**
- **Have excellent interpersonal skills, high levels of emotional intelligence and be able to deal effectively and work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders and teams;**

**Teachers who work at BISR should have**:
**Qualifications**
- Qualified Teacher status.
- Certificate of Education - PGCE or B.Ed.
- Training or qualification relevant to the post.
