**About the Role**:
This role will require collaboration with business stakeholders, presales teams, and technical staff across the full project lifecycle - from planning and development to deployment and support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead implementation and customization of **Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM** (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service modules).
- Develop and maintain custom CRM components: entities, workflows, plug-ins, custom actions, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
- Integrate CRM with external systems including **banking**, **billing**, and **fintech platforms**.
- Create and manage **IVRs and Iframes** as custom interfaces within Dynamics CRM.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs using **.NET Core** to support external integrations.
- Use **Power Platform tools** such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI for building custom business solutions.
- Perform data migrations using **SSIS**, **KingswaySoft**, and other tools.
- Lead troubleshooting, debugging, and user support for CRM-related issues.
- Create detailed documentation including **FDDs**, **TDDs**, user/admin manuals, and technical guidelines.
- Deliver training sessions to users and support post-deployment adoption and sign-off.

**Technical Skills Required**:

- **CRM Platforms**: Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Online & On-Premise), Unified Service Desk.
- **Power Platform**: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Query.
- **Development Tools & Languages**:

- C#,.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, ADO.NET, WCF
- JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, Ajax
- SQL Server, SSRS, PDFSharp
- **Integration Tools**: KingswaySoft, Twilio, ClickDimensions, XRMToolBox.
- **Testing Tools**: FakeXRM for unit testing.
- **Project & DevOps Tools**: Azure DevOps, Visual Studio, Microsoft Visio.

**Certifications (preferred)**:

- **PL-200**: Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant
- **MB-210**: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant
