- Oversee the execution of M&A transactions, including deal structuring, due diligence, valuation analysis, and negotiations
- Lead the firm's capital markets advisory services, helping clients raise debt and equity capital to support growth initiatives, including arranging and underwriting public and private placements
- Manage the firm's corporate finance advisory capabilities, providing clients with strategic guidance on capital structure optimization, working capital management, and other financial solutions
- Oversee a team of investment banking professionals, including Vice Presidents, Associates, and Analysts, to ensure seamless deal execution and compliance with the firm's asset management license in Saudi Arabia
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with the firm's network of legal, accounting, and other professional service providers in the GCC region
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory changes in Saudi Arabia and the GCC to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks
- Collaborate closely with the firm's senior leadership to refine the strategic direction of the investment banking and asset management divisions
- Actively participate in the firm's business development and marketing efforts to generate new client leads in the GCC

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor Degree
- CME 5 Certification
- 6 - 10 years of experience in a similar role
- Sound experience in Fund Management
- Arabic and English languages are both a must
- English and Arabic languages are both a must
