The Corporate Analysis Manager will Support the Finance & Planning Director in implementing a robust financial performance management system.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Provide financial insights to support the business decision-making processes and suggests improvements by preparing and analyzing detailed flowcharts related to key business processes
- Review and analyze the financial reporting practices and comes-up with proposed changes which enables better reporting of product costing, building up more accurate segment P&L’s and working out reliable Cost to Serve / Deliver reports.
- Participate in verifying the reliability of business forecasts being prepared across Divisional / BU functions, assess the reasonableness of these and gauge level of cross functional / inter business unit integration.
- Participate in the company’s IT investment level of utilization assessment, especially ORACLE, in terms of utilization in accounting, financial reporting and operational management. Helps set-up the enhanced automation agenda related to these aspects.
- Assist the Division Finance and Planning Director in benchmarking the company's affiliates performance against world-class standards of similar businesses.
- Help set-up financial performance KPI’s across Divisional / BU functions.
- Support the standardization of key accounting policies / practices across the Division to enhance the affiliates financial reporting.
- Conduct scenario analysis based on both micro and macro factors
- Identify business process opportunities.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Experience**:
**We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in **Finance**, or a related field.
- A minimum of **7** years of hand-on-experience in corporate financial planning.
- Formal finance qualifications e.g. CA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA, CMA is a plus.
- Building financial models using a combination of historical data and business projections.
- Capable user of MS Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and Word. Interpreting data, analyzing results using advanced MS Office tools and other analytical software.
