JASARA PMC is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Planning Manager to join our team. As a company dedicated to delivering robust social infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia, in collaboration with the Public Investment Fund (PIF) and Jacobs, this role is crucial for ensuring the successful planning and execution of our transformative projects. You will be responsible for overseeing the planning processes of our various initiatives and ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules including timelines, milestones, and deliverable tracking.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project scope and ensure alignment on objectives.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying potential risks and bottlenecks while recommending solutions.
- Facilitate planning meetings and communicate updates to team members and stakeholders.
- Utilize project management software to track progress and ensure project data integrity.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in the planning process and implement best practices.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior planning staff and coordinate their activities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in project planning, with a focus on large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Expert proficiency in project management tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends and make informed recommendations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey project updates and challenges.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of risk management principles and scheduling best practices.
