**Job functions of a **Sourcing Executive** in **KSA**:

- Develop and implement sourcing strategies: Conduct market research to identify qualified land freight carriers and service providers.
- Request for proposals (RFPs) and negotiate contracts to secure the most competitive rates and terms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and partners.
- Stay updated on market trends and industry best practices in land freight sourcing.
- Key Responsibilities (Fulfilment Focus)
- Manage the fulfilment process.
- Oversee the efficient and timely movement of goods from origin to destination.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., sales, operations) and external partners (e.g., carriers, customs).
- Ensure adherence to all safety, compliance, and quality standards.
- Monitor and address any fulfilment challenges or disruptions proactively.
- Shared Responsibilities: Analyse data and reports to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new technologies and solutions.
- Stay informed of relevant regulations and customs procedures in the Middle East.
- Manage budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness in all sourcing/fulfilment activities.

**Requirements for **Sourcing Executive** jobs in **KSA**
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sourcing or fulfilment within the land freight industry, preferably in the Middle East.
- Proven track record of achieving cost savings and optimizing logistics processes.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Additional Skills and Experience.
- Experience with land freight transportation modes and routes in the Middle East is a plus.
- Knowledge of relevant logistics software and technology is preferred.
- Understanding of Middle Eastern business culture and etiquette is beneficial.
