الخبرة المهنية المطلوبة:

- خبرة عملية تتراوح من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في عمليات ومعالجة المياه ومياه الصرف الصحي ومبيعات المعدات ذات الصلة.

**المهارات العامة الأساسية**:

- خبرة عمل في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي مع شركات دولية.
- مهارات ممتازة في المبيعات والتفاوض.
- إجادة جيدة للغة العربية والإنجليزية (كتابة وتحدثًا) - يُفضل.

رخصة قيادة سعودية - يُفضل.

**المسؤوليات الرئيسية**:

- المبيعات الخاصة بمعدات معالجة مياه الصرف الصحي.
- إعداد وإرسال ومتابعة العروض الفنية والتجارية حتى إتمام عملية البيع وفقًا لإجراءات المبيعات المعتمدة في الشركة.
- فهم احتياجات العملاء وتحسين العروض والحلول لزيادة فرص الفوز وتحقيق الأرباح.
- إعداد تقارير المبيعات والتقارير ذات الصلة من خلال جمع وتحليل وتلخيص المعلومات والاتجاهات ذات الصلة.
- إنشاء والحفاظ على شبكات مناسبة (وكلاء، فروع، شركاء، مكاتب فرعية).
- التنسيق الوثيق مع فريق المبيعات لضمان متابعة جميع المشاريع مع المقاولين الناجحين.
- التنبؤ وتحقيق أهداف المبيعات السنوية.
- ضمان الربحية والنمو في مجال الأعمال أو المنطقة المعنية من خلال الاستفادة الكاملة من جميع الموارد المتاحة لتحقيق الأهداف.
- تمثيل الشركة في الاجتماعات والعروض التقديمية والندوات عبر الإنترنت والفعاليات الأخرى.
- تقديم الدعم الفني والمدخلات اللازمة لإعداد تقارير المبيعات والتقارير ذات الصلة من خلال جمع وتحليل وتلخيص المعلومات والاتجاهات ذات الصلة.

التنسيق والتواصل مع الإدارة العليا لضمان الحفاظ على المعايير العالية للشركة وتحقيق التحسين المستمر

**Location: Riyad - KSA**

**Qualification & Experience**:

- **Minimum Qualifications**: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering.
- **Minimum Experience**:3 - 5 years experience in Water & Wastewater Treatment Processes & Equipment Sales.

**Key Generic Skills**:

- GCC Working Experience with International Companies.
- Excellent Sales and Negotiation skills.
- Good Oral & Written Arabic & English - Preferred.

**KSA Driving License - Preferred.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Sales for Spare Parts of Wastewater Treatment Equipment / Installation Services.
- Knowledge in preventive and proactive service sales (spare parts/ repair/ rehabilitation).
- Prepare, Send Out and Follow up Quotations with Technical Support and commercial Negotiations until the Sale Close Out as per Company Sales Procedure.
- Interpret Clients' Needs and optimize Offers and solutions to Maximize Potential Chances of Award and Profit.
- Communicate specification details, Project details, and successful contractor information to the sales force for follow-up Prepare Sales and related Reports by Collecting, Analyzing and Summarizing Relevant Information and Trends.
- Establish and maintain Suitable Networks (Agents, Subsidiaries, Partners, Branch Offices).
- Liaise closely with the Sales team and ensure that all projects are followed up with the successful contractors. Forecast and Achieve Annual Sales Target.
- Ensure Profitability and Growth of the Concerned Business Area and/or Region with Full Utilization of All available Resources to meet the Target.
- Represent the company at meetings, presentations, webinars, and other events.
- Provide Technical Input and Support for the Company to prepare Sales and related Reports by Collecting, Analyzing and Summarizing Relevant Information and Trends.
- Liaise and Report to Senior Management to ensure the Company's High Standards and Continuous Improvement
