- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target organizations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients in KSA, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- **Market Insights**:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors in KSA to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
- Gather feedback from clients to inform product development and improve offerings.
- **Collaboration**:
- Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment in achieving business goals.
- Represent the company at local events, trade shows, and networking opportunities in KSA (as required).
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**:
- _**Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the Events industry.**_
- Strong sales track record in the KSA market, with established networks and relationships.
- **Skills**:
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand and convey complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- F_**luent in English and Arabic (both written and spoken) is highly preferred**_.
- **Knowledge**:
- In-depth knowledge of the KSA business landscape, culture, and regulatory environment.
- Familiarity with _**CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)**_ and sales automation platforms.
- **Personal Attributes**:
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote setup.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
