**Permits, NOC’s Commissioning Sr. Consultant**

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Support the required activities to secure all required permits, approvals & NOCs in a timely manner.
- Establish and maintain a trust based relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and develop robust working relationships.
- Help document stakeholder concerns and support and participate to the extent possible addressing them in comprehensive and timely manner.
- Highlight /document potential negative impacts on delivery and recommend prioritized resolution.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering
- Fluent in English language. Knowledge of Arabic is very advantageous.
- 10 years of relevant experience in building/infrastructure design and/or construction of large development projects. Proven ability to deal with permitting authorities to obtain approvals and permits in a timely manner.
