As a Project-Based Senior Analyst in the Digital Solutions team. You will be responsible for the operational aspect of delivering digital tools services. Using Tam’s packaged solutions, the digital operations team satisfies the client/project objectives. The day to day includes operating digital tools, collecting client’s requirements, communicating with internal teams, managing different teams of freelance workers. Additionally, the Assistant/Associate will participate in strategic product management activities to enhance product functionality.
**Key responsibilities and objectives**:
- Gathering client requirements and translating them to actionable plan
- Communicating with client and internal stakeholders
- Setting Service-level-agreements as needed
- Issuing invoices for clients and following through payments
- Participating in setting the product\service strategy
- Managing freelancers tasks and communicating work assignments and providing the needed briefing\tools\materials for freelancers to perform their job
- Drafting and enforcing policies and procedures
**Requirements**:
- +1 year of experience in account management and client servicing, Process improvements and optimization.
- Bachelor’s degree is a must, preferred specializations include Operations Management, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering.
