**Position**: Warehouse Supervisor

**Location**: Dammam, Saudi Arabia

**Responsibilities**:

- **Team Leadership**: Manage and lead a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance.
- **Inventory Management**: Oversee inventory control, including receiving, storage, and distribution of products/materials.
- **Efficiency Enhancement**: Continuously evaluate and improve warehouse processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- **Quality Assurance**: Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and cleanliness in the warehouse.
- **Safety Compliance**: Ensure all warehouse operations comply with safety regulations and company policies.
- **Inventory Tracking**: Implement tracking systems to monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and order fulfillment.
- **Supplier Coordination**: Collaborate with suppliers to streamline delivery schedules and resolve any issues.
- **Reporting**: Prepare regular reports on warehouse operations and inventory status for management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree.
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role.
- strong Knowledge of Water infrastructure mechanical equipments, materials and parts
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of warehouse software and systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Understanding of safety and quality standards.
