**RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILTY & AUTHORITY**:

- Supplier invoices data entry and accrual.
- Vendor management, reconciliation of vendor accounts.
- Handling payments in an organized and timely manner.
- Recording and payment of Inter-company invoices.
- VAT and WHT monthly returns preparation.
- Assisting with external audit requirements related to supplier payments as necessary.
- Employees Expense report review and payments.

**REQUIREMENT**:

- Graduate with Accounting or Finance Major.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 out of 4 or 3.75 out of 5
- Fluent in English language
