One of JobIn Clients is Looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement & International Logistics Executive to manage end-to-end procurement operations, supplier management, and international logistics coordination. This role requires strong analytical, negotiation, and logistics skills to ensure cost-effective purchasing and timely delivery of goods across global supply chains.

Key Responsibilities:


• Handle end-to-end procurement — from supplier sourcing, quotation analysis, and negotiation to order placement and follow-up.


• Manage international logistics operations, including import/export documentation, customs clearance, and freight coordination.


• Monitor and track shipment schedules, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with contractual terms.


• Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and cost efficiency.


• Prepare and manage purchase orders, shipping documents, and invoices accurately.


• Collaborate with internal departments (finance, operations, and warehouse) to align purchasing and delivery needs.


• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs laws, and organizational policies.


• Conduct cost analysis and optimization for procurement and logistics operations.


• Utilize ERP or procurement systems to record and track purchasing and shipment data.


• Support continuous improvement in procurement processes and logistics efficiency.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of import/export procedures, Incoterms, and customs regulations.
  • 3–5 years of experience in international procurement and logistics coordination.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Experience managing freight forwarding, shipping schedules, and customs clearance processes.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills with a results-driven approach.
  • Knowledge of logistics documentation (Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Packing List, etc.).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proactive attitude with a focus on efficiency and process improvement.
