- Serves as the primary, in-Kingdom, coordinator for supporting and maintaining MNG’s external school’s training programs.**Major Duties and Responsibilities**

A. Duties/Responsibilities:

- 1. Serves as the Contractor’s point of contact with OPM-MNG for external school training.2. Supports and maintains MNG’s external school training programs.

3. Maintains close coordination with OPM-Schools Action Officer on all matters pertaining to preparation of MNG Students for out-of-Kingdom training.

4. Coordinates/prepares necessary forms and records on MNG students selected for external school training to include obtaining visas in Riyadh.

5. Maintains status chart and files on all external school students.

6. Provides reports as required.

7. Maintains communications with CST-USA and Contractor liaison officers by fax and by telephone concerning arrivals and departures of students and dependents.

8. Coordinates with HQ MNG G5T as required.

9. Assists out-of-Kingdom bound students and dependents at Riyadh airport.

10. Provides in-country training and assistance to OPM and MNG in the preparation of students for out-of-Kingdom training.

A. Education Level: Four-year College or University degree preferred.

C. Specific knowledge, skill, and ability requirements: Ability to speak, read, and write both English and Arabic fluently. Must be computer literate and have familiarity with Microsoft Office Professional Software. Must possess a valid Saudi driver’s license.
