This role is responsible for accurate and timely invoicing of services to the customer. It is the responsibility of the Billing & Collection Specialist to adhere to the standard Baker Hughes OFS billing & collection processes.

As a Billing and Collection Specialist, you will be responsible for:

- Facilitating transactions, producing, assembling, and delivering replacement/ repair parts and equipment as part of a Services agreement or order.
- Processing transactions, managing processes, material management, site operations, or warehouse logistics & shipping.
- Being accountable for coordination of fulfillment issues related to Customer Service Agreements, Time and Material, Component Repair, and Accessory shops.
- Working closely with the shop to resolve issues, represent customers in production meetings, and communicate the status to the customer.
- Reviewing business options for impacts on profit, compliance with contracts, policies, and procedures, and for innovative ways to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Completing customer and internal paperwork
- Coordinating shop and/or program reviews and customer visits at the site as necessary.
- Contributing to the development of an operational year plan for own department activities of the team
- Discussing consequences of changes in products and processes for the own team in the organization.
- Working together with people from the business unit. Contacts are under the guidance and/or geared towards collecting or giving technical information.

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Hold a bachelor’s degree in a business field, preferably in Finance or Accounting.
- Recent graduates with 2+ years’ experience in Billing and Collection, Finance or Accounting.
- Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable and managing high volume invoices is preferred.
- Have compelling oral, and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Ability to be flexible and be available as per business needs
