- Market and prospect the allocated region to grow the customer portfolio.
- Present, promote, and sell products using compelling arguments to existing and prospective clients.
- Establish, develop, and maintain strong business and customer relationships.
- Report country PESTEL (Political, Economic, Social, Technological, Legal, and Environmental) factors to headquarters.
- Collaborate daily with the pricing team to optimize business operations.
- Develop relationships with banks, government institutions, and customers.
- Travel frequently to visit markets and clients.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- ** Relevant experience as a B2B Sales Manager with**minimum 5 years in the palm oil and specialty fats industry (mandatory).**
- Strong network and established customer base in the palm oil and specialty fats sector.
- Proven success in B2B sales with a strong track record of achieving targets.
- Highly motivated, results-driven, with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- ** Fluency in Arabic and English is required.**
- Willingness to travel frequently.
