**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct inspection of Electrical and Instrumentation installations, cabling, terminations, panels, grounding, and field devices.
- Verify that installation and testing are executed in accordance with project drawings, technical specifications, international codes, and client requirements.
- Witness pre-commissioning and commissioning tests including loop checks, insulation resistance, continuity, functional tests, etc.
- Review and approve inspection and test plans (ITPs), method statements, checklists, and other quality-related documentation.
- Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), monitor corrective actions, and ensure timely closure.
- Coordinate with construction teams and subcontractors for timely inspections and work quality.
- Maintain accurate and complete QC records, test reports, and documentation for turnover dossiers.
- Support audits and quality reviews by client representatives and third-party inspectors.
- Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and health procedures during inspections and site activities.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Education**: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, or related Engineering field.
- **Experience**: Minimum **5-7 years** of relevant QC inspection experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry, including shutdowns, greenfield, or brownfield projects.

**Certifications**:
**Mandatory**:

- **QA/QC Certification** (e.g., ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor)

**Preferred**:

- **IEC/NEC Code Familiarity**, CompEx Certification
- **Instrumentation Calibration Certification**:

- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in inspection of LV/MV systems, panels, lighting, instrumentation loops, JB terminations, etc.
- Knowledge of standards such as **IEC, NEC, NEMA, API, and ISA**.
- **Tools**: Ability to operate and interpret readings from test equipment (megger, multimeter, loop calibrator, etc.)
- **Languages**: Fluent in English (written & spoken); Arabic is a plus.
- **Other**: Strong documentation and reporting skills, good interpersonal and coordination abilities.
