**Job description**:
To lead the planning, design, and execution of construction infrastructure projects by developing comprehensive project plans, conducting site assessments, designing infrastructure systems, overseeing construction activities, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing project budgets, coordinating with stakeholders, implementing quality control measures, and resolving complex technical issues. The role ensures successful, efficient, and high-quality project outcomes while maintaining safety and stakeholder satisfaction.

**Principal Accountabilities**

**Policies, Processes & Procedures**
- Adhere to organizational policies and procedures to ensure compliance and maintain a productive work environment.
- Implement and uphold safety and security protocols to protect the well-being of all employees and company assets.

**Infrastructure Planning and On-Site Execution**
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive infrastructure project plans and timelines to ensure successful, timely, and cost-effective delivery.
- Conduct detailed site assessments to evaluate readiness, identify potential risks, and support informed decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
- Contribute to the detailed design of infrastructure systems using engineering principles and software to ensure efficient, sustainable, and technically sound solutions.
- Oversee on-site construction activities to ensure work aligns with project plans, design intent, and quality expectations.

**Project Monitoring, Communication, and Quality Control**
- Manage project budgets and expenditures in coordination with management to maintain financial discipline and optimize resource allocation.
- Coordinate with stakeholders by providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring consistent alignment with project goals and expectations.
- Implement quality assurance measures to uphold high standards in construction performance, workmanship, and material integrity.
- Resolve complex technical issues through prompt analysis and effective solutions to minimize disruptions and maintain project momentum.

**Miscellaneous Duties**
- Perform additional duties as needed to support the team and overall business objectives.

**Job requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree of Civil or Mechanical Engineering
- 7-8 Years of experience in Mega Infrastructure Projects / Construction Industry
