Job Purpose
Specializes in the design, planning, and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects such as industrial water tanks, depots, pipe laying, and structural works. Responsibilities include preparing project plans, conducting site assessments, designing efficient systems, coordinating construction activities, ensuring compliance, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety to deliver sustainable infrastructure solutions.

Principal Accountabilities
Policies, Processes & Procedures

  • Adhere to organizational policies and procedures to ensure compliance and maintain a productive work environment.
  • Implement and uphold safety and security protocols to protect the well-being of all employees and company assets.

Infrastructure Planning and Execution

  • Develop and review detailed project plans and timelines in coordination with senior engineers to ensure structured and feasible project execution.
  • Conduct site assessments with senior staff to evaluate readiness, identify challenges, and support informed planning.
  • Contribute to the design and review of infrastructure systems using engineering principles and software tools to deliver efficient and sustainable solutions.
  • Coordinate on-site construction activities to ensure alignment with project plans, timelines, and quality expectations.
  • Monitor construction processes to ensure compliance with legal, environmental, and technical standards.
  • Assist in preparing and tracking project budgets alongside senior engineers to support financial control and cost-effective delivery.
  • Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards in workmanship and material performance.

Technical Coordination and Communication

  • Maintain regular communication with project management and stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure project alignment.
  • Resolve technical issues within your scope to support continuous project momentum and avoid delays.

Miscellaneous Duties

  • Perform additional duties as needed to support the team and overall business objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Structural, or Industrial Engineeringز
  • Experience: 5-6 years of experience in infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, tunnels, utilities, or similar).
  • Skills: Strong technical knowledge, site supervision, coordination, and familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and relevant engineering software.
