Qiddiya Investment Company is leading the charge in creating a vibrant entertainment and leisure ecosystem in Saudi Arabia, and we are searching for a dedicated Director of Construction to oversee the development of our state-of-the-art Tennis Centre. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for managing all construction activities related to the Tennis Centre, ensuring that the project is executed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

**Responsibilities**:

- Strong leadership skills to inspire teams and deliver results.
- Able to plan for and successfully deliver in accordance with project time,cost and quality perameters.
- Motivates and inspires a high-performance culture through clear direction, providing continuous feedback, recognizing and rewarding exceptional performance and fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation.
- Leads, inspires and drives the health, safety, and wellbeing culture on the project.
- Is knowledgeable of all contract formats and their respective benefits and liabilities.
- Identifies, manages, and mitigates delivery risk exposure to the Project by ensuring adequate controls are identified and applied.

**Requirements**:

- 15 - 20 years of experience as a Project/Construction Manager, leading complex projects from initiation to completion
- Bachelor’s degree: Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or a related field, preferred.
- Diverse experience working on large scale complex design and construction programs across private and/or government sectors.
- Expert commercial and contracts understanding.
- Previous KSA /Middle East experience preferred
