Senior Manager - Reporting (DEL-234)

Join Qiddiya Investment Company as a Senior Reporting Manager and play a vital role in shaping the entertainment and tourism sector in Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal position, you will be tasked with leading the reporting initiatives across various projects, ensuring that performance metrics align with our strategic vision and operational objectives.

As the Senior Reporting Manager, you will spearhead the development, implementation, and optimization of reporting processes that inform key stakeholders about project statuses, financial health, and performance outcomes. Your expertise in data analysis and reporting will be crucial in delivering comprehensive insights that facilitate informed decision-making.

**Responsibilities**
- Managing the reporting team in the Development Management Office on Resort Core
- Establish and maintain a centralized project repository for all project documentation, including plans, schedules, budgets, and reports.
- Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to track project progress and identify potential risks and issues. - Conduct regular project reviews and analysis to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for corrective action. - Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in project controls.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant company policies and procedures.
- Expert in developing dashboard reports using PowerBI and PowerApps - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in project controls within a fast-paced environment. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10-15 years of experience in reporting, project controls or project management within large organizations.
- Proficient in data visualization tools and reporting software such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Exceptional analytical skill set with a strong ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings clearly.
- Proficient in both written and verbal communication to effectively engage various stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in leading reporting processes and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy.
