**Job Title**: Fitness Manager

We are passionate about delivering top-quality services, including sports coaching and development, complete ECA programs for schools, sports holiday camps, facility management, and supplying PE teachers. Our organization offers a comprehensive range of curricular and extra-curricular sports programs, led by a team of fully-qualified coaches, throughout Dubai and Abu Dhabi in the UAE.

As we launch our Operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia we have amazing opportunities for career growth for our new team in the region. This role will be located in Riyadh, working within the most prestigious international schools to offer the students our services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, implement, and oversee fitness and conditioning programs.
- Manage a team of personal trainers and fitness instructors.
- Coordinate with sports coaches to develop sport-specific strength and conditioning plans.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of fitness programs and staff.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and injury prevention best practices.
- Organize fitness assessments and wellness workshops for clients and athletes.
- Collaborate with school partners and facility managers for fitness service delivery.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Certified Personal Trainer and/or Group Fitness Instructor (ACE, NASM, ACSM, ISSA, or equivalent)
- CPR/AED certified (required or obtained upon hire)
- 2-3 years of experience in fitness instruction or personal training
- Strong understanding of exercise science, strength and conditioning, and group training dynamics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic, dependable, and results-oriented
- Experience with functional fitness tools (e.g., kettlebells, resistance bands, TRX)
- Comfortable working with diverse age groups and fitness levels
- Familiarity with fitness tracking apps or gym software
- Ability to coach multiple group formats (e.g., strength, cardio, stretch, circuit)
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Physically able to demonstrate exercises, lift equipment, and remain active during sessions.

Pay: ﷼12,000.00 - ﷼14,000.00 per month
