The project:
This is an opportunity to be involved in the delivery of major sports stadiums and associated projects in Saudi Arabia. Mace is currently delivering the programme which will require high-calibre and experienced people to lead teams throughout each phase of the project.

You’ll be responsible for:
Provide strategic oversight of secondary steel structure delivery, ensuring compliance with design, safety, and project standards for all secondary framing, supports, and connections.- Review the general contractor’s connection designs, fabrication plans, erection methodologies, and sequencing strategies to ensure structural integrity and efficiency.- Monitor the construction supervision consultant’s (CSC) quality assurance and inspection processes, including weld inspections, bolt torqueing, and alignment checks.- Escalate unresolved technical or delivery issues to project leadership, supporting timely resolution and risk mitigation.- Ensure robust documentation and traceability of all secondary steel activities, supporting compliance and transparency.- Facilitate coordination between the general contractor, CSC, and structural consultants for technical queries and approvals.- Oversee the integration of secondary steel elements with primary structures and adjacent packages to maintain design continuity and safety.- Support the implementation of rigorous quality control measures throughout fabrication and installation phases.

You’ll need to have:
- Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/ programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.- Professional qualification (or equivalent).- 15+ years of experience.
