JASARA PMC is seeking a highly skilled Structural Steel Manager to lead our structural steel operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of structural steel engineering, from design review and procurement to fabrication and erection on-site. You will ensure that all work is performed in accordance with project specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations.
You will be an important liaison between the project management team and various stakeholders, including contractors and supply chain partners, ensuring seamless communication and project execution. **Responsibilities**:

- Direct and manage all aspects of structural steel projects, including project planning, execution, and quality assurance.
- Review and approve design and shop drawings for all structural steel components.
- Lead quality control initiatives and ensure all materials and workmanship meet applicable standards.
- Coordinate with design engineers and architects to address any project discrepancies.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to meet project delivery goals.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols across all operations.
- Conduct site inspections and oversee installation activities to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, contractors, and team members to deliver successful project outcomes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 10 years of experience in structural steel management or a similar role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale structural steel projects.
- In-depth knowledge of structural steel standards, codes, and construction methods.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor and develop team members.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards.
- Experience in the Middle East construction market is a plus.
