**Roles & Responsibilities.**

**Sales Strategy & Business Growth**
- **Design and implement a**high-impact sales strategy**to accelerate growth in**land transport and FTL services**.**:

- **Drive business expansion by identifying**new markets, high-value clients, and untapped revenue streams**.**:

- **Build and manage a**high-performing sales team**, ensuring they are aligned with company objectives and revenue goals.**:

**Revenue & Market Expansion**
- **Develop**competitive pricing models **and innovative transport solutions to stay ahead of the competition.**:

**. Skills & Expertise**
- **Experience**:10+ years in **senior sales leadership roles**within **transport and logistics**, with a strong focus on **land transport and FTL services**.
- Proven success **in scaling revenue, driving business expansion, and leading high-performance sales teams.**:

- **Exceptional**negotiation, leadership, and relationship management skills**.**:

- **Strong industry knowledge of**pricing structures, contract negotiations, fleet management, and supply chain**.**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree **in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.**:

- Fluency in English **(Arabic is a plus).**
