**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist customers in locating and purchasing the correct spare parts based on their needs or equipment inspections
- Refer to catalogs and databases to identify new or replacement parts
- Recommend alternatives or modifications when exact matches are unavailable
- Place and follow up on orders for out-of-stock or special-request parts
- Conduct visual inspections of products and parts to determine wear or defects
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and part exchanges professionally
- Manage billing and checkout processes, including handling of cash, card, and credit transactions
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure all parts are well-stocked and organized
- Coordinate with suppliers and other vendors to source required parts
- Stay updated on new products and industry developments
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Proven experience in spare parts sales, preferably in automotive, hardware, or machinery sectors
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and automotive components
- Ability to read and interpret parts catalogs and technical diagrams
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with inventory software or POS systems
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English & Arabic language.
- **Valid Saudi driving license preferred**
