Our newest opportunity is for a talented Senior Civil/ Structural Engineer to join our award-winning team based in Al Ula, Saudi Arabia.

This position is responsible for leading the construction supervision team to ensure the co-ordination between design and delivery teams achieves the overall vision of the project. The role will encompass liaising with the client and key stakeholders, oversight on contracts, procurement and value engineering.

**Responsibilities**:
We envisage success in this role to include;
- Developing and maintaining professional and meaningful relationships with the client to ensure program and project requirements are being satisfied.
- Ensuring the delivery of the contracted Design and Construction Management services to the client.
- Managing and directing the development and maintenance of the program and project schedules for all phases of the project including procurement, planning, design and construction.
- Ensuring compliance with all KEO internal processes and procedures.
- Managing procurement of large design and build projects.
- Showing strong leadership, people and management skills and business acumen.
- Issuing effective verbal and written communication.
- Ensuring projects and programs meet financial objectives.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 15+ years work experience partnered with a Bachelor degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering. Experience gained from working on a major Hospitality resort project is looked for.
