**Job Title: Sales Manager**

**Summary**:
PreClass is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and
in sales, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of sales strategies and
techniques. The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets,
developing and implementing sales plans, and managing a team of sales
professionals.
**Responsibilities**:
**Sales Leadership**:
○ Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve
individual and team sales targets.
○ Provide ongoing coaching, training, and development to enhance the
team's sales skills and product knowledge.
○ Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
**Sales Strategy & Execution**:
○ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue
goals.
○ Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
○ Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
○ Monitor market conditions and competitor activities.
**Customer Relationship Management**:
○ Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
○ Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve customer issues promptly.
○ Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
**Sales Operations**:
○ Prepare sales forecasts and budgets.
○ Monitor sales performance and track key metrics.
○ Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities.
○ Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, customer service)
to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role.
Strong understanding of sales principles, methods, and techniques.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Results-oriented and driven to achieve sales targets.
