The tasks do not represent the entire work required and the project may require additional tasks:

- Defining and improving the strategy and coordinating the identification and updating processes to ensure that itis consistent with the center's vision and mission.
- Supporting departments in preparing their strategies by adopting and implementing alignment methodologies and linking their strategy with the center's strategy.
- Reviewing and continuously updating the balanced scorecards, creating new ones, and following up on their implementation.
- Arranging and preparing to attend internal and external meetings, conferences and workshops, including preparing the necessary reports, visual presentations and studies.
- Preparing, implementing and following up a knowledge transfer plan that includes the necessary procedures to achieve the highest level of project success.

**Qualifications**
- + 6 years’ experience working at a top tier Management Consulting or Strategy Consulting firm.
- Environmental and sustainability experience is a plus.
- Strong academic background from a top university, preferably (Business Management, Project Management, Data Management or Engineering)
- PhD degree is preferred.
- Good knowledge and experience in the strategic planning and performance management and related international best practices.
- Contribute in developing, updating, implementing and monitoring of performance measures including strategic and business KPIs.
- Designing and building performance dashboards, reports and business intelligence systems to support strategy and foresight.
- Project management skills: ability to manage a team, meticulous organization, independent work and judicious regular updates to management.
- Excellent Arabic and English communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
- Excellent client interpersonal skills.
