JASARA PMC is currently seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Health and Safety Senior Engineer to join our team. As a Health and Safety Senior Engineer at JASARA PMC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and safety of our employees and projects. You will be responsible for developing and implementing health and safety policies, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement health and safety programs and policies
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams on health and safety matters
- Conduct risk assessments and develop control measures to mitigate risks
- Investigate incidents and accidents, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions
- Provide health and safety training and awareness programs to employees
- Maintain accurate records of health and safety incidents, inspections, and training
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and changes in health and safety regulations

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in health and safety, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards
- Experience with conducting risk assessments and developing control measures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Relevant certifications in health and safety are preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus
