**ROLE DESCRIPTION**
- Manage the supply chain for the company’s 3PL warehouses in KSA and ensure stock availability for uninterrupted supplies, in alignment with the sales plan.

**MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Ensure all 3PL/ Distribution centers are met with sufficient stock levels and work closely with Category Buyers
- logistic team and local inventory team focusing on stock readiness and orders shipping on time according to the plan.
- Coordinate with the local shipment clearing team, and confirm all inbound regulations/ compliance are followed and communicated to the stakeholders.
- Monitor the Inventory movement for the assigned territory, analyzing reports targeting optimum stock.
- Act as the point of contact to the regional Inventory/Sales team, and to keep them informed about the status of pending orders and delivery details.
- Ensure data integrity in ERP systems and update the transactions as required.
- Other duties as assigned.

**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**
- Saudi Nationality
- completed Graduation
- Minimum 2-3 years of Experience in a supply chain environment.
- Strong verbal and written skills in English and Arabic is an asset.
- Good Microsoft Excel skills and experience in ERP Inventory module.
- Supply chain planning skills (Inventory planning, export-import projects, Cross country shipments, etc)
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally in multi-cultural environments.
- Good in reporting and analytical skills
- Highly proactive and problem-solving skills.
- True team player.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
