**What You'll Be Doing**:

- **Project Leadership**
- Lead and manage civil and structural engineering projects from conceptual design to final implementation.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project teams.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to meet project requirements.
- **Design and Analysis**
- Perform structural analyses and design for steel, concrete, and other construction materials using advanced engineering software.
- Develop detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation.
- Ensure designs comply with local, national, and international codes and standards (e.g., ACI, AISC, Eurocodes).
- **Quality Assurance and Compliance**
- Conduct design reviews, value engineering, and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain the integrity of designs and deliverables.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and other disciplines to resolve technical issues and provide solutions.
- Prepare and present project updates, reports, and technical documentation to stakeholders.
- Foster collaboration within the engineering team and across departments.
- **Construction Support**
- Oversee and provide support during the construction phase, including site visits, inspections, and addressing design-related queries.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and recommend corrective actions.
- **Innovation and Continuous Improvement**
- Identify and implement innovative solutions and best practices in engineering design and construction.
- Stay updated on emerging trends, materials, and technologies in civil and structural engineering.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural.
- 18+ years of experience in civil and structural engineering, including leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership and team management.
- Analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Adaptability to dynamic project environments.
