JASARA PMC is seeking a knowledgeable and results-driven Project Controls Lead to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for the overall project controls function for key projects, ensuring effective planning, scheduling, cost control, and reporting. You will lead a team of project controls professionals, developing and implementing project controls strategies that align with project goals and objectives.

Your expertise will be instrumental in driving project success by maintaining accurate project documentation, monitoring performance metrics, and communicating project status across stakeholders. At JASARA PMC, you will have the opportunity to work on high-impact projects that contribute to the infrastructure development of Saudi Arabia.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain project schedules, including critical path analysis and resource allocation.
- Implement robust cost management strategies, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Lead a team of project controls staff, providing guidance and fostering professional development.
- Prepare and present detailed project performance reports to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in project controls practices.
- Collaborate with project managers and other teams to facilitate effective communication and coordination.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project controls, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in project planning and scheduling software, such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in civil engineering or infrastructure projects is highly preferred.
