Quality Control Analyst

Position Summary:
The position has the following responsibilities:
1) Performs in-process, receiving and shipping inspections of ITT Saudi-IP pumps & pump parts for assembly and testing

2) Perform machined and fabricated parts detailed inspection and measuring process with issuing the needed reports, COC and maintain the records.

3) Control all inspection and measuring tools and manage the periodically calibration as internal procedures.

4) Issuing NCRS (IF NEEDED) / corrective, preventive action requested and maintain the records.

Essential Responsibilities:

- Conduct in process, receiving and shipping inspections for all pumps and parts in accordance with ITT & customers requirements.
- Control all inspection and measuring tools and manage the periodically calibration as internal procedures.
- Direct QC-Corrective actions to reduce warranty/rework
- Create all inspections reports and maintain the needed records
- Inspect and measure all in house machined parts
- Create and maintain the record of the inspection reports and COC
- Issue the NCRs if need, follow up and maintain the record
- Work with operation team to continually improve product quality
- Work with the team for all in process and final pump inspection against the approved ITP.

Position Requirements:
**Education**:BSME minimum

**Experience: Minimum **ten years dealing with QC for pumps and other related rotating equipment.

**Other Skills/Knowledge/Experience**:

- Extensive QC knowledge
- Ability to implement ISO 9001
- Excellent communication skills
- Extensive Machinery Engineering skills
- Knowledge Pattern & Foundry practices
- Excellent Welding inspection Skills.
