**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor financial performance and analyze reports to support decision-making.
- Supervise branch managers and ensure compliance with operational standards.
- Represent the company to government entities, investors, and key suppliers.
- Oversee customer service strategy to enhance brand loyalty.
- Manage budgets, contracts, and vendor negotiations.
- Lead HR policies related to hiring, training, and staff development.
- Oversee the daily operations of multiple restaurant locations, ensuring adherence to company standards.
- Manage hiring, training, and development of staff to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as company policies.
- Monitor customer feedback and industry trends to enhance dining experiences.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure high-quality food and service delivery.
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role in the restaurant industry.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, financial management, and best practices.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field is a plus.
