**Position Overview**

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Branch Manager** to lead and grow our branch operations in **Dammam**, overseeing all activities across the **Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia**. This hands-on leadership role combines **strategic operations management, team leadership, and sales development**, with full **P&L accountability**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead all aspects of **branch operations and commercial performance** across Eastern Saudi Arabia
- Drive a **performance culture** by coaching, mentoring, and developing the team’s skills, knowledge, and capabilities
- Manage **P&L**, budget control, and branch financial performance with a focus on profitability and cost efficiency
- Build and maintain **strong customer relationships** and **strategic supplier partnerships** to support business development and customer retention
- Ensure **operational compliance**, **quality control**, and adherence to company policies and local regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with internal departments (sales, logistics, finance, procurement) to ensure **seamless service delivery**:

- Monitor and analyze **KPIs, branch metrics**, and sales performance, taking corrective actions when needed
- Lead recruitment, training, and performance management of branch staff
- Identify and implement **process improvements**, **cost-saving initiatives**, and **efficiency enhancements**

**Key Skills & Competencies**
- Proven leadership experience in **branch, regional, or operations management**, preferably in **logistics, distribution, industrial services**, or **B2B sectors**:

- Strong **commercial acumen** with a solid understanding of **P&L, budgeting, and financial reporting**:

- Exceptional people management and **staff development** capabilities
- Experience working in **Saudi Arabia or GCC** market with knowledge of local business practices and regulations
- Ability to manage **multi-functional teams** and align them with strategic business goals
- Strong **customer service orientation** and the ability to maintain high customer satisfaction
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in **English** (Arabic is a strong advantage)

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in **Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or related field** (MBA is a plus)
- Minimum **5-7 years’ experience** in a **branch/operations management** role, with **P&L responsibility**:

- Demonstrated experience in **sales team supervision** and driving revenue growth
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite** and familiarity with ERP/CRM systems

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ﷼216,000.00 - ﷼480,000.00 per year
