As a Project Management Officer at CCDS, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects and the overall coordination and efficiency of project management processes. You will work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to provide support in project planning, monitoring, and reporting. This is a great opportunity to contribute to the success of our projects and make a significant impact on our clients' businesses.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist project managers in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Track and manage project documentation, including project plans, reports, and deliverables
- Coordinate and schedule project meetings, prepare agendas, and provide meeting minutes
- Support project managers in risk identification and mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project management practices

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Project Management Officer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Arabic Native is Must
- Proven experience as a Project Management Officer in Saudi Region is proffered
