About the Role:
This dynamic role will be responsible for designing, building, and overseeing our catering operations, including developing SOPs, policies, and manuals to establish strong operational foundations.
The role involves leveraging technology, such as the Catering Management System, to streamline processes and measure performance. It also focuses on ensuring high-quality catering services at the Riyadh hub and global outstations, with an emphasis on data accuracy and operational performance.
Working closely with our Executive Chef, you’ll drive culinary innovations, manage inventory and equipment, and foster strong relationships with our catering providers to ensure the timely delivery of top-tier products.
Your leadership will ensure operational efficiency while staying within budget, and your expertise will guide the performance of our catering services at every touchpoint.
