**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the strategic planning, development, and operation of public golf facilities within the Qiddiya project.
- Develop and implement operational plans that enhance the customer experience and maximize revenue generation.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation within the public golf segment.
- Lead the design and construction of golf courses, working closely with architects, landscape designers, and construction teams.
- Establish partnerships with local and international golf organizations to promote tournaments and events.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models for golf initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards related to golf facilities and operations.
- Foster a culture of excellence, customer service, and sustainability within the golf operations team.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- A minimum of +15 years of experience in golf course management or related fields, with a focus on public golf
- Strong knowledge of golf operations, including course maintenance, customer service, and event management
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale golf projects and facilities
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a keen eye for detail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience in business development and budget management is highly desirable
