The Operator - Attraction Operations is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of various rides, shows, and entertainment offerings within the organization. They ensure the guest experience is engaging, thrilling, and meets all safety standards.
- Serve as a key liaison between the Operations Base and the attractions section, ensuring effective communication of operational updates, incident notifications, and emergency response coordination.
- Monitor and report on the status of attractions, including facility readiness, ride efficiency, and guest wait times, providing real-time data to support operational decision-making.
- Coordinate with attraction personnel, including operators, team leaders, and managers, to ensure efficient resource allocation and response to incidents.
- Assist in activating and coordinating emergency response plans for attractions in the event of natural disasters, security incidents, or other emergencies.
- Oversee communication systems within attractions, including radio, phone lines, and digital platforms, to facilitate seamless communication among departments and stakeholders.
- Serve as a liaison with department and park duty managers/directors to relay operational updates, incident reports, and other relevant information.
- Monitor and report on attraction operations, incidents, and communication effectiveness to identify trends, areas for improvement, and optimization opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards governing attraction operations and prepare necessary reports for management and regulatory authorities as required.
- Collaborate with the Park Management team to develop and implement crowd management strategies during peak times and special events.
- Assist in the development and execution of promotional campaigns and special events within attractions to drive attendance and revenue.

**Requirements**:
High School Diploma or equivalent

1-3 years of experience in theme park settings.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures.

Physical stamina and ability to work on your feet for long periods.

Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
