**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design: Develop and create innovative architectural designs for various projects, including residential, commercial, and institutional buildings.
- Project Management: Oversee all phases of architectural projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaboration: Work closely with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure design intent is achieved and project requirements are met.
- Documentation: Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications using CAD software and other design tools.
- Compliance: Ensure all designs and construction documents comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Site Visits: Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure quality control.
- Sustainability: Incorporate sustainable design principles and practices into architectural projects.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and interns.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Professional Architect with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Experience in all phases of the architectural process, from schematic design through construction administration.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.

**Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality design.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
