**Job Description Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the end-to-end execution of the digital health program portfolio, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and to quality standards.
- Serve as the primary liaison between our customer and internal stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication.
- Oversee the delivery of specific projects.
- Monitor program performance, manage risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Report regularly to the General Manager on program status, milestones, risks, and opportunities.
- Facilitate governance meetings, steering committees, and stakeholder reviews.
- Ensure compliance with customers standards, digital health regulations, and internal quality frameworks.
- Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Health Informatics, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in program or portfolio management, ideally in healthcare or digital transformation.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills in a matrixed environment.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects with external partners.
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
- Experience working with government entities or public sector clients is a strong advantage.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.- Willingness to travel.
